Emirates Skywards is celebrating a major milestone — its 25th anniversary — with a global campaign that promises surprises, exclusive offers, and one of the airline industry’s largest rewards raffles. For over two decades, the programme has built a reputation as one of the most successful loyalty schemes in aviation, and this year’s silver jubilee promises to take that legacy even further.

The anniversary festivities span 25 days, giving members across the world opportunities to enjoy added benefits and win rewards. Special events are lined up at Dubai International Airport, including fun quizzes, lounge access perks, and even complimentary ice cream from Skywards-branded trucks. A commemorative aircraft design in silver livery will also take to the skies next month, carrying the celebration to destinations worldwide.

Beyond the celebratory touches, Emirates is offering members additional reasons to engage during the anniversary period. Bookings with Emirates and flydubai come with a 50 per cent miles bonus, while shopping, dining, and partner airline transactions earn a 25 per cent bonus. These offers underscore the airline’s commitment to rewarding loyalty in meaningful ways.

At the heart of the campaign is a raffle for 25 million Skywards Miles. Members can qualify by earning miles with Emirates, flydubai, or through participating partners until October 20. The raffle includes thousands of prizes ranging from 100,000 to 250,000 miles, and one lucky winner will walk away with a grand prize of one million miles.

Since its launch in 2000 with just 76,000 members, Skywards has grown into a global network of more than 37 million members spanning over 190 countries, with around 78,000 new sign-ups every week. The programme now works with more than 100 partners, providing access to 1,400 flight destinations, 30,000 hotels, and 7,200 retail brands. To date, members have redeemed nearly 400 billion miles, highlighting its role as a powerful lifestyle and travel rewards programme.

Most recently named Best Global Airline Loyalty Program at the International Loyalty Awards 2026, Emirates Skywards continues to innovate with four membership tiers and exclusive benefits. From flights and upgrades to hotel stays and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, it remains focused on creating memorable journeys for millions worldwide.

By giving away 25 million miles and marking the skies with a silver tribute, Emirates is not only celebrating the past 25 years but also looking ahead to the next era of rewarding global travel.
